- Chop paneer in cubes and saute till golden brown
- Today is Thursday so I skipped Onion and garlic.finely chopped tomatoes. Dry roast coariander seeds and red chillies
- Blend coariander seeds and red chillies in mixer.heat deep pan add oil to it.add finely chopped tomatoes and saute till mushy add red chilli powder,garam masala.mix well and add turmeric powder, salt.
- Now add coariander seeds and red chilli mixture 1 tspoon.add hot water. again cook for five minutes now add paneer cubes.mix well.put some fresh cream. serve hot with phulka or chapati
