- 1 tsp Turmeric powder

- 3 tsp Salt
- As needed Oil-required for deep frying(always prefer mara chekku oil)

- Clean Kaadai well,add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to it and mix well.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add salt and pour the lemon juice to it and mix well again.
- All the pieces must be coated well. Let it marinate for 1/2hr. Pour oil in a deep fry pan and put pieces according to your pan size and cover it with lid.
- So that it must be easy to turn it. Keep flame in medium and fry it till it turns brown.
- Turn the other side and fry until it becomes full brown colour.
- When it's fully cooked take out in a plate with tissue as extra oil can be absorbed.
