- Grind the tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, and kaju in the paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan add kaju constantly roast, change in the colour. Transfer in the bowl.
- Heat oil ina pan add cumin seeds, haldi powder, and whole garam masala. Cook for 1-minutes.
- Add tomatoe, kaju, green chilli, ginger paste and cook 5-8 minutes,add red chilli powder.
- Add cream to the masala and add 1/2-cup water to the gravy.
- Gravy simmer and add some green Coriander, mix well.
- Boil the gravy, add salt and add roasted kaju to the gravy. The cover and let it simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Kaju absorb the masala.
- Kaju korma is ready, transfer it to bowl.
- Garnish with kaju, and sprinkle kasuri methi, and serve with paratha, plainrice, naan.
